Regina Willis

Operations Manager

Joining TBH Advisors in 2021, Regina has extensive experience in the fields of project management, team building, strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management. Regina’s role as an Operations Manager allows her to coordinate projects that will ensure the clients of TBH receive excellent service and care.  

Regina earned a Ph.D. in Management, Leadership, and Organizational Change from Walden University and is also a longstanding faculty member of Bethel University’s College of Professional Studies. Some of the courses she facilitates are Organizational Analysis, Strategic Management, Leadership, Introduction to Adult Learning, and Professionalism in the Workplace. Regina also hosts management seminars upon request, and she was chosen to mentor Prime Inc. managers who enrolled in the Bethel University adult degree program. Prime Inc. is one of the largest freight transport and logistics trucking companies in the world. 

Regina and her husband Al, live in Franklin TN, and have five sons. Four of their sons are veterans and have served our country through seven deployments to the Middle East. When Regina and Al are not enjoying family time, they’re usually bicycling around Franklin, the Natchez Trace Parkway, Leiper’s Fork, and along the greenways in Nashville. They are also avid motorcyclists and have ridden the Dragon in East Tennessee many times. Two of their most memorable motorcycling trips were touring the South West and riding from Seattle Washington to Banff Canada. Regina and Al are always looking for roads with lots of curves!
